Everyone loves PB&J, so we created a crazy easy and super tasty peanut butter and jelly shake using a secret super ingredient...Spinach.
Like PB&J, this can be had as an anytime meal or snack. Each cup has only 250 calories, 8 grams of protein, and is loaded with vitamin E, iron, and (our favorite) FIBER!
This energy drink is not only good for you, but it will keep you full and skinny at the same time.
1/4 c almond or nut butter of choice (no sugar added)
2 c packed spinach
2 c frozen or fresh blueberries
1 1/2 c water
Blend on high until smooth.
